Putin’s war-mongering pal TV propagandist Vladimir Solovyov fumed on a Telegram channel that the raunchy revellers were besmirching the dead military personnel in the despot’s bloody Ukraine invasion.

“(It is the) desecration of the place where farewells are held for the military who gave their lives for their Motherland,” Solovyov complained.

According to the Daily Mail, the Central Military District Officers’ House in Yekaterinburg — about 1,800 km east of Moscow — is used for solemn funerals of high-ranking servicemen killed in Ukraine, and other military events.

But it seems the powers that be are saying ‘no spanks’ to the BDSM bashes that feature naked and leather-bedecked partiers from the Blue Velvet Group. The secret sex club reportedly has more than 300 members.

Now, leaked footage of an orgy at the famed facility has Putin and his pals choking on their vodka.

One source told the Mail: “They film all their parties and post them on their private social media channels. The essence of the group is to get together, undress, drink and dance.”

Of course, those are only the preliminaries.

City prosecutors are now said to be investigating after a snitch revealed a sex party in the library of the House of Officers.

“Party guests allegedly wore transparent underwear, drank alcohol and used drugs,” local news outlet E1 reported, adding that tickets cost between $8.50 and $16.

Pro-war activist Ekaterina Ipatova, coordinator of the Volunteer Company project, also expressed her outrage.

“We consider it unacceptable to hold such events in the House of Officers,” Ipatova said. “This is where they say goodbye to the soldiers who died in the special military operation (war). There are nightclubs for parties, but holding them in the officers’ house is blasphemy.”

Already the sex parties have claimed Georgy Podkorytov, deputy head of the House of Officers, who was forced to resign.

He confessed: “I am upset that the House of Officers was involved in the scandal and they are throwing mud at us. I was also involved in this scandal.”

One of Putin’s biggest cheerleaders told his 307,000 Telegram followers that the group sex party itself wasn’t the problem.

“I don’t care what people do. I care WHERE,” Sergei ‘Zergulio’ Kolyasnikov wrote. “Farewells to our fallen soldiers are being held at the House of Officers.

“Sniff (cocaine) wherever you want but not in the House of Officers of the Central Military District of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, and … during the war.”

Among those given send-offs at the House of Officers were state media war correspondent Rostislav Zhuravlyov, 34, former volleyball coach Denis Yefanov who died in Ukraine, and Maj. Rishat Izatullin.
