Frankly, as a true Laker and LA sports fan, don't care. He can go as far as I'm concerned. Celtics and Lakers are the two franchises that should never cater to someone like LeBron.

I think if they had their first round pick this season, they would've been called it a season. The problem is: They don't own their pick. So even if they do give up, it does nothing for them. I think they'd rather hold on to that shred of hope that they could do something when healthy then just give up to just give up.

1. Shut down Lebron for the season
2. Lakers need to recruit CJ McCollum to LA if NOLA won't extend him and if relationship with Zion doesn't exist
3. Experiment with different lineups as season ends
4. Consider adding Danilo Gallinari in offseason if possible
5.. Fire Frank Vogel, consider Mark Jackson, and possibly even Mike D'Antoni as replacements
