  1. A few years ago i did a ACV diet and lost 10 pounds in around 2 months but my teeth became sensitive because i didn't use a straw! I tried the acv pill for a month and not even 1 gram of weight loss. I now have restarted the vinegar diet with straws (ecological)

  2. I use a tbs of ACV mixed with water and alittle lemmon juice and a1/2 packet of Truvia, Ist thing in the am and again just before supper, love it!I enjoy your videos, just subbed, thankyou very much! 😊

  3. I have lost 7 pounds. It does not make me hungry. I drink it in warm water first thing in the morning. 1 tea spoon. Whenever I don’t drink it I get bloated. I have also stopped eating out that much but if I do I take it in the morning. Some times I skip days. It’s been 3 weeks. First I didn’t see much weight loss. 2 pounds only. Then the scale kept going down.

  4. Good information. I usually take six or seven pulls through a straw in the morning and in the evening before dinner around 5 or 6. I do have GERD but I have found ACV allows me to almost eliminate taking antacids. It’s been great for gut health along with probiotics and I seem to be losing weight. Great stuff!👍
