  1. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I desperately need a weight loss big sister (even though I am 56). I need to lose over 100 pounds and I am currently laying in bed recovering from my second knee replacement. Ready to make healthy choices and big changes this year!

  2. Thank you so much for your guidance and knowledge. You are an inspiration not just with health and fitness but also the slow living videos. Your calmness is appreciated and I enjoy your content very much! ❤

  3. Love your journey. Staying hopeful. I have SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth) which caused rapid weight gain & extreme bloating, no matter how much I worked out or ate,..even when I wouldn't eat. It is the most frustrating thing ever. The annoying part with SIBO is the healthier u eat, the worst it is because that's what bacteria feeds on. I just finally tested negative and hope to get back in shape quickly. ☹

  4. Im.about 2 weeks.in. i related to what you said totally. Only seeing a few pound difference. 3lbs? When i weigh myself in the morning…but ive done fantastic with my eating! Have eaten within my calorie deficit, prioritizing protein, sleeping better and getting good workouts in most days. I feel great@ my energy is bettwr and im less bloated. Im hoping that means the pounds are getting ready to fly off lol. Im REALLY just trying to focus on showing up for myself each and every day

  5. I lost 85 pounds a few years ago. I just gave birth to my daughter 3 months ago and have to lose all the weight again. This was a great reminder of the weightloss experience. Thank you for sharing this with us. I am excited to be on my Weightloss journey as well it’s life changing ❤

  6. Did you get weight loss surgery? I saw another video where the YouTuber could not put off a couple pounds from training all day long and clean eating but it wasn’t enough. She eventually decided to get weight loss surgery to help her get to the body size she wanted.

  7. Awesome congrats! My new years resolution for 2024 is losing 100lbs and walking 10k steps a day, down 16lbs in 6 weeks. Thanks for the inspiration to keep going! 5”10 268lb male on 1/1/2024

  8. When you feel stronger it definitely becomes about that healthy feeling. I started to care less about the number on the scale and just wanted to go to the gym. The weight did come off but the real difference is when I see how my body composition has changed.

  9. Thanks Amy! I never thought I would gain weight but I am trying to lose 40lbs gained in the last few yrs esp since my dad passed away! It has been just recently I realized I was for the first time in my life at a weight I didn’t feel comfortable with. 177 and it stopped me in my tracks. I thought it was my brother’s scale not working honestly but then I realized wow 😯 I need to lose a good 30lbs at least … to feel closer to my best mid toned weight. I could cry listening to first few mins of this video because I didn’t think I would get to this place in my life where it would be hard for me to keep motivated to get the weight off. I really do believe a lot is emotions and hormones and watching blood sugar levels for me. I agree feeling toned and healthier is better than a number on a scale. Sometimes though it makes me panic because I haven’t been here before and just don’t want to feel like I’m not in control of it and so I want to gain the confidence of losing 10lbs at a time kinda thing and maintain a best lifestyle of nutrition along the way too and not be hungry but satisfied. Thanks for sharing!

  10. I am so grateful that I decided to click on your videos today about your health and weight loss journey. Your gentle and encouraging shares are so compassionate and uplifting and are so appreciated. 🙏🏻❤️

  11. I'm 53 yrs old and a t2d! And with in the last couple of days I've dropped my glouclose numbers to the low end pre t2d to normal range! And I did it bye getting off most proccest food. And eating homemade meals with the right spices and how I eat my meals! And it works!

  12. Wow, I’m so proud of you. I began my healthy lifestyle journey at the age of 34. I am now 53 and still going strong. Because I fall in love with well being. I’m starting to put on a few pounds most likely because of age. But I am not afraid to make the necessary adjustments to do what I need to bring it down again.
Keep it up and keep sharing. So many need to fall in love with well being and the journey attached to it.
