  3. Mam I’m avoiding my dinner .. and one more thing I can’t stop take tea I have headache if I haven’t take..? I will start my day with warm water +honey+ lemon then after 20 mins I will have my breakfast tea wid chilla then 3 pm I’m having my healthy lunch 3,4 chapatis with any sbji guitars,tori,soya then in the night sometimes I had fruit or rest sbji it’s right or not please suggest mam …???
