I've still got my 2022 summer body lol omg are you excited to get surgery done I'm having a gastric sleeve on June 12 I cannot wait I love your channel so much gives me so many protein ideas I'm in UK so can't get exactly the same but as good as I'm looking forward to seeing your results from surgery xx big kiss to the doggies 💋💋💋

  2. Another really great, very helpful video from you, Jenn! And Congrats on navigating your maintenance so well, it’s tough too! I have a future video topic request. WW does a nice job reminding us how to push-through a minor set-back, and how to get right back on track. Could you possibly talk to us about what to do for major setbacks? For example, someone who had success and lost 100 pounds, only to get off-track for whatever reasons, and gain half the weight back? I feel it would be a helpful video, I know friends in the same boat, it would be so great to discuss it. Always appreciate you, thank you!

  3. I absolutely love your top. I had a 0.5 weigh gain last week. My weigh-in is tomorrow and I'm super worried it will be a gain as this week i just haven't been able to get enough to eat. I believe it maybe because I'm starting my cycle next week. But I remember what you always say that the scale is just data and to lean in on our NSV. If it's another gain tomorrow, I wont be discouraged and will keep moving forward because weight loss is not a loss every week. Can't wait for your next video.

  4. Moving on is the key!! I’ve finally learned not to beat myself up and get back on track! It’s taken 57 years but I’ve finally got it! Thank you for the great video as always Jenn!

  5. I’m thinking about going back to WW. I swore off dieting and counting but nothing else is working. At my highest weight and this time it’s affecting my health physically and mentally

  9. Discovering your channel has helped me SO much!! Down 2.2 this week, lost 0.7 body fat, and gained 0.4 in muscle mass according to my fancy-pants scale. I don’t feel deprived or starving, and I feel better than I have in years. Woohoo!

  11. So glad you get to experience surgery with a friend!!! That will make it better. I am curious because I have a hanging apron after losing 100 pounds and have 95 to go. I really hate it but know I gotta wait until I am close to goal
