    Day 1: first day, it was very tiring.
    Day2: still tiring but better than yesterday, still not seeing a difference but that’s expected cuz it’s day 2
    Day 3: still very tiring and a bit sore, still seeing no changes but that’s ok!

  2. Sharing my results with you guys! Doing these steps twice a day for 14 days
    My weight is now on 48 kg
    My waist: 25.5 inches
    Day 1: it was pretty easy got tired a little bit
    Day2 : like the first day but I felt better about my body
    Day 3: I did great today nothing’s new
    Day 4: it’s getting harder i don’t know why but I can see the results coming
    Day5 : I did it again and my abs are starting to show
    Day 6: it is getting Harder than I expected but pain is beauty yk
    Day 7: I feel like I’m having the body but still I can’t expect smth from now
    Notes: I stopped doing it twice a day at day 5
    Day8: I could see my abs coming
    Day 9: I noticed my waist getting smaller 🤭🤭
    Day 10 : it’s not just the abs it changed everything like my thighs got bigger
    Day 11: close to the results
    Day 12: workout was pretty easy I feel confident

    Dia 1: lo hice 2 veces estaba un poco cansada tambien hice 20 segundos de plancha.

    Dia 2 :bastante facil no veo cambios pero baje 200 gramos es increible

    Día 3: cansado pero conseguido no hay resultados visibles todavía.

I had a family reunion coming up in about 7-6 days, and once I started doing the first exercise, I saw my muffin tops reduce, and on day 2 I saw some differences in my waist but not too much maybe like 3.5/10, on day 3 i saw changes in my chest area it went down like 2 cm small, and on day 4, 5, 6 I kinda saw changes but my body did change because my family pointed it out to me. Overall I rate this exercise a 8.9/10

  6. Doing this workout for eight days

    Day one : did like three minutes of this and gave up but can say I did workout before this video I was tried 😅

    Day two : (morning ) I’m not gonna lie I kept pausing when the last five seconds were left. Gonna work out again tonight
