  1. Really needed this one. Thank you for sharing. I especially loved the part about tracking that bad meal, accepting it happened but making good choices the next day still = consistency.

  2. Did you go to the gym or start exercising right away? I’ve been doing well for a month and have lost 8lbs, but I can’t get motivated to workout. My job does involve some physical work (I’m a librarian: think books and lots of heavy lifting lol) but I need to be doing cardio. Partly I’m so tired every weekday after a long commute and work I just want to tidy the house, shower, and go to bed.

  4. Your an inspiration to me but I’ve been at a plateau for months and I’m starting to get sloppy and eating the wrong things. Trying to get back on track. I’m down about 40-45 pounds and don’t want to gain it back. I’ve done this 4 times. Now I’m playing up and down with the same 5 pounds.

  5. Set small goal
    Reward your self to stay consistent rather then results; reward your self
    Track the meals and exercise and if you do good reward.
    Do the things you love in exercise eat meals you love. DO Not force yourself that you do not want to do.
    STAYIG CONSISTENT With getting enough sleep and going to bed early. Get enough rest.
    Do time management that's a key in staying consistent. Learn to prioritize and not waste time.

  6. I have learn that i can eat what seems to be to flactuating my weight which i deem carbs bad for or rice. But i can eat some carbs its only portion control and sleep i need plus exercising 2 hrs per day. I take some rest from exercise. I eat more portion in one meal. Fighting with this mentality that i will starve 😂 evwn though im overweight like preparing for the long winter. Good thing im re learning we can be hungry and just eat not full, just to block that hunger

  8. I love this it’s real in the beginning of the year 2024i started walking and I love it I use to walk so much and now I stop but I walk and I love it❤my plan is to eat healthier I hate salt now
