  1. I am doing keto diet 2 meals a day with intermittent fasting but my weight is stuck in 100 kg i was 107 kgs now 100 unable to reduce weight. Exercise cardio I'm doing getting foot pain have Plantar fasciitis i don't know what to do

  2. 16-18 hrs..most days since 1 month
    No sugar (desserts) since 2 months
    Dinner time 6pm most days since 3 yrs.
    Exercise 5 days a week. Weight training and cardio since 1 yr.

  4. i just recently come across your video; I was in good shape before my wedding as my dinner always done by 5.30pm. After marriage; my in law's time of dinner changed to 8-9pm which is far away different from mine and now i cant stop myself having late dinners. my weight piled and forget about being 80cm waistline – i guess i don't even want to measure since i know i will be in panic attack if i see the figures. Now since i move to my own space – i taught i can easily go back to my old routine; but failed as my husband is still in 8pm window. i decided to make a change and told my last night; i am going to eat my dinner early and wont wait up for u. this morning this video come up and i wont say this is coincidence. thank you for the tips. My main reason i want to change is – to get pregnant and live healthily.

I am 34 turning 35 soon..I want to enter 40s in prime of my health..hence I have made certain changes and have been following it since last three months..early dinner..only two meals a day..big no to sugar in coffee /tea and exercise at least 4 days a week..thank you doctor for imparting knowledge on your channel..I came across your interview in beer biceps and then started following your channel

    I definitely have to start working on myself as i am in the category you have just mentioned!!

    My reason to get the normal bosy is i get so kuch tensed about my body, my behaviour, my anger issues..

    Lack of confidence and many many more.. i am starting now.. weight – 92.2kg today on 29th feb 2024. I will rewrite about it the next month!!
