    Waist=120cm
    Belly=130cm
    Calorie=2900 per day
    But now am eating only 1000 calories per day and I go go gym every day and do exercise I eat only dinner (rice/saute vegetables broccoli meat or chicken)

    Height =179cm
    Age=just turn 18

    Kg=129

    The eating window is morning 11 AM to night 8:00 PM

    My TDEE-1891
    N waist diameter is 39 inch
    N usually my eating window is 6:15am to 9 30pm.
    Kindly suggest
    Recently I have started eating between 10 am to 8:30 pm

  5. Dr Pal. Thank you for your videos. However, here is a problem I hope you could give me a solution to. In India all of us eat the same vegetables and food items cooked during the day. As such measuring (on a scale) each item separately for each individual before cooking becomes a next to impossible task. How do we deal with this? Further, the food is cooked in oil or ghee and has spices in them. How many calories should one assume and allocate to that? Your response will help me a great deal. Will look forward to it and thank you once again for all the great videos and guidance.

    That my required calorie after deducting 300 calorie is 1618 according to TDEE
    But according my fitness pal it is 1400
    Which one should I follow?
