Dr Pal. Thank you for your videos. However, here is a problem I hope you could give me a solution to. In India all of us eat the same vegetables and food items cooked during the day. As such measuring (on a scale) each item separately for each individual before cooking becomes a next to impossible task. How do we deal with this? Further, the food is cooked in oil or ghee and has spices in them. How many calories should one assume and allocate to that? Your response will help me a great deal. Will look forward to it and thank you once again for all the great videos and guidance.
