🔎 In this video, we will uncover the truth about eggs and heart disease, debunk myths, and provide scientific insights.

🤔 The prevailing belief that saturated fats and dietary cholesterol are the primary causes of heart disease is being challenged by doctors and scientists today.

🧐 Instead of solely focusing on cholesterol levels, it is important to consider the quality of cholesterol, as oxidation of cholesterol particles can lead to cellular damage, inflammation, and diseases like atherosclerosis.

💛 Consuming 3 eggs per day improved cholesterol quality in overweight subjects, increasing levels of HDL (“good”) cholesterol.

🥚 Eggs are a “complete food” with a comprehensive nutrient profile, including high-quality protein, healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins (A, D, E, K, B), and minerals (iron, zinc, selenium).

👀 Eggs are a rich source of choline, vital for cell membrane formation, fetal brain development, and preventing various health problems. They also contain antioxidants that promote eye health and have a low glycemic index, beneficial for diabetes and heart health.

🐔 Eggs from pasture-raised and free-range hens are higher in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, vitamin E, and essential nutrients compared to eggs from caged hens.

🍳 Use cooking methods that don’t require oils, like poaching or boiling, when cooking eggs. Alternatively, choose heat-stable oils like coconut oil, which can withstand high heat without breaking down or producing toxic by-products.

  1. How reliable is this review??? It IS PROVEN (in US, Canada) that these reviews ARE FINANCED by Egg Industry!!! Nowadays, people DO everything for $$$ 😞 I started eating 3-4 eggs a day and my Cholesterol went up to the "roof". Then, I sopped eating eggs and after a few months my Cholesterol went down to the Normal Level.

  2. The sugar industry funded the fraudulent research blaming cholesterol and saturated fats which are actually good for you. The actual cause of the heart disease, cancer, and diabetes epidemic is the sugar industry. Which is all gmo high fructose corn syrup.

  3. If the government states to not eat eggs, eat as many as you like. They are now stating sugar is not bad for you. Don't eat sugar or sugary foods. They are trying to inform the idiots(democrats) that vegan is the healthiest. NOT.

  4. I've been eating 6 eggs every day for the last year & carnivore. My triglycerides went from 159 down to 39. I lowered my BP to normal levels & went from 38 in waistline to 32. Most important I no longer have migraine headaches. Element all CARBOHYDRATES.

  5. I have high cholesterol, in fact very high cholesterol. I eat 4 organic eggs every day slowly cooked in Extra Virgin olive oil with turmeric and cracked pepper, and have done for decades. I am now 63 and fitter and healthier than most 20 year olds.
The abomination is not eggs and grass fed hormone free red meat. It is sugar, HFC syrup and processed seed oils and margarine and sitting on your fat butt watching TV, stuffing your face.

  6. Not another based on idiotic lies told about Ancel Keys. Can't you people just fact check nonsense claIms made by charlatans promoting sensational books recommending unhealthy fad diets?

  7. I eat 3 eggs and bacon 365 days a year after my daily 3 mile run. I learned years ago to ignore all medical and nutritional advice that has the foul stench of government on it. My philosophy is simple, move every day and eat whatever God gave us and avoid what corporations gave us. I’m 52 with zero health complaints and I’m the same weight as when I was 20.

  8. Ya, and here we go again. As always a lot of information is left out or some are even being pushed in hard to fit the narrative that's being proposed or stated as fact. One thing is clear we are all different and many things affect each of us differently, yes some do affect a great number of a population this is where it gets tricky.

  9. What I learned by myself, when switched back to MEAT, EGGS, BUTTER, MILK, bread… and cut as much as fast-food/Soft-drinks and processed food, I lost over 25 Kg JUST BY CHANGING MY DIET!

  10. I never bought the eggs and beef are bad for you junk. Cook with real oils and you'll be fine. Use butter, Talo or Lard. Stay away from seed oils, trans-fats and other artificial things..

  11. Walking, exercise every day besides eating healthy is way to keep cholesterol low. Eggs have so much good protein in yellow yolk. 2 eggs a day is good to have.

  12. Current research suggests that moderate egg consumption is generally considered safe for most people and doesn't significantly increase the risk of heart disease. Eggs are a good source of protein and essential nutrients. However, it's essential to be mindful of overall dietary choices and consider individual health conditions. If you have specific concerns or conditions, consulting with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian for personalized advice is recommended.

  13.
