The crisis gripping the town at the centre of the global COVID-19 crisis in Italy has been witnessed by Sky News’ Chief Correspondent Stuart Ramsay.
After this video was aired, Italy’s foreign minister urged everyone to watch it.

I lost my wife 12-19-21 to covid. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, not even my worst enemy. My wife did 2 different hospital stays totally 3 months. Her second trip she went on a vent to a trach, to a blowout lung, to a chest tube, to dialysis to death. The saddest thing I've ever seen in my life was seeing row after row of people on ventalators. Breaks my heart seeing these videos for the families.
All bullshit.. all patients 99.9 percent had underlying issues..old..terminal cancer etc covid 19 biggest bullshit in history. Hospitals and governments lied and fudged the numbers
The pattern was the same everywhere, the patients came in with oxygen says in the low 70s, chest ct showing GGO, HFO2/NR mask to intubated/ mechanical vent and death.

I'm from Bergamo, in those months I was volunteering, bringing medicines and shopping to those who were stuck at home who were positive, we were expecting a baby and on the streets there were only volunteers with a special identification card, soldiers and ambulances, it felt like we were at war.
