Well either the NBA is rigged, the refs are, or both. I believe we all know it's both.
If a player like Lebron sees that their player appears to be in the act of losing the ball, they cannot call time out. Otherwise, when a turnover that takes a few seconds to occur happens, teams will be able to use them as an undo button.
