  1. I must be eating right for my body. I eliminate waste 3-4x a day. I'm very careful about what I eat and get plenty of hydration. No junk food, no fast food, no sodas or candy. I read labels on everything and make things from scratch. In my mid70s and take zero pharmakeia, even OTC. I think I'll stick with what I've been doing.

  2. Woman I know was told she really needed a colonoscopy.. so she drank and drank the nasty mess that cleans you out. So she goes and gets it done and it was hunky dorey, clean, looks great, no polyps.
    Two weeks later she is passing out and poof..stage 4 brain cancer.
    Another week later she can't ho to the bathroom and hospice jumps on it and rolls up her sleeves and digs in.. I mean reaches inside and digs in. To everyones horror, nurse starts dragging out SOFTBALL SIZE SOLID LUMPS OF IMPACTED CRAP. Enough that a shopping bag is loaded down. The family is horrified trying to figure out how, she just had a colonoscopy, doctor said her intestine was clean!!??
    Nurse tells them that this impacted crap was not the result of last weeks dinner, this stuff had been sitting inside her building up her entire life for the lumps to be that big and rock solid. They had to do that procedure TWICE to clean out all the blockage.
    Doctor said she needed a colonoscopy because the woman said she was having trouble going to the bathroom… SO WHAT HOOD IS A COLONOSCOPY IF HE COULDN'T SEE ALL THAT MESS LOCKED UP INSIDE HER LIKE THAT AND THEN SAY HER COLON, INTESTINE WAS CLEAR AND CLEAN!?!?!
    Screw doctors and the unicorns they fly in on!

  3. Chew your food better with focus and attention. Get your spit into it.

    Biggest help to my digestion was not drinking water 30 min before food & 90 mins after . Allowing stomach acids to work.

    I use a little ACV in water and little bit lemon juice.

    I'm looking into a theory to brushing teeth only in evening before bed , will allow some bacteria to naturally get into food during the course of the day to obviously help digestion. Rather than virtual sterilising with toothpastes and washes in the morning.

    I've moved gradually to a lower carb diet . If you move to quickly onto low carb the micro biom cannot cope . As its use to carb / sugar .
    So shift gradually or its possible to get extreme constipation .

  4. 6:30 peas, black beans, and what? Potatoes? I am freaked out by food all the same shape and size, yuck!
    Is this really a combination that someone eats? I can’t imagine the texture is enjoyable. There’s too much soft pops.

  5. My supervisor came to work one day with a jug of liquid, and he offered us a cup for a price. He said it would make you go to the restroom, and he only gave a couple of ingredients like cayenne pepper, lemon, and the rest, I can't figure it out, but boy did that stuff work. I believe he might have had ginger in it, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have this recipe for constipation? I can't get the recipe from him now because he has dementia and is in a nursing home.
