    I m an overweight guy and trying to loose weight and I m really doing hard for it. I have also stopped eating sugar as you said in your bbsummer challenge
    Bt I want to know that as many fitness athlete tell to eliminate "SALT" from our diet totally
    So have you also eliminated salt from your diet during your transformation??
