Hi Cory! I have been a long time follower I am thankful for your videos. I am struggling with my meal timing. I am a nurse working 12-hour Night shifts (7pm to 7am), I workout 3 times per week. What meal timing you think is the best to build muscle and fat loss? I am at 20% fat and 118lbs height 5'5" thanks!❤
Hi! What brand of protein powder do you use?
I cannot eat chicken it makes me very ill and I don't like the taste of salmon, so I eat cod and haddock instead. I eat beef or lamb and ham and bacon these last two of pork only. Potatoes now and again vegetables and fruits or tinned or in season and out of season. Tinned tomatoes, fresh or cooked. Rice and noddles now and again . My question is, so why I cannot ride a bike or go for a run or do any push up's. Bread I'm giving up on brown as well for a week or two at a time. I'm making much more daily meals at home ,soups and stew's with a little extra sea salt for stomach bial production and butter because all those fake spreads have additives chemicals, not natural to our bodies. And are not good for your diet's. But adding virgin olive oil for cooking bot the fake stuff, natural just like butter plus spice seasonings. Has a foreign TV cooking show said if it burns your mouth and ass then your half on your way to losing weight

Thanks ever so much for the outstanding information and food tips. I now have Greek Yoghurt with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon raw local honey as a snack – I cannot have tree nuts but sometimes do add peanuts. Up to 102 grams of protein a day now too!
You should better take regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil in order to cleanse your intestines from all the waste deposed there.
