White button and baby bella, for Thai/Vietnamese style cuisine and omelettes, oyster and maitake for stir fry or breading and baking, portobello caps for marinated burger patties, enoki and bunashimeji for incredible soups, shiitake and porcini for just about anything, including dried seasoning and stock, reishi, turkeytail, and lion's mane for teas and super supplements, psilocybin for self-awareness, toadstools for sittin' on – there's a mushroom for everything.

  2. Those greens are just a little spicy and actually tastes pretty good. Chard almost like spinach. Dandelion and moringa are very bitter and disgusting can't stand either one.

  3. I'm from north of Brasil, and I grow up eating okra. In Portuguese we call " quiabo" in fact we have a special dish call " caruru" made with okra , shrimp , onions, garlic and different seasonings .We serve with white rice. It's delicious !
