Shakes are a guaranteed blood sugar crash for me, leaving me absolutely ravenous. That โsaladโ needs waaaaay more lettuce and other veggies. So does the sandwich.

You lost me at oatmeal. Talk about a food that can spike your insulin. What's the point in intermittent fasting if you're going to eat a food like oatmeal.
Salmon, broccoli and other greens, overnight oats (with chia seeds, almond or oat milk), or hard boiled eggs, snacking on cucumbers or a piece of fruit thatโs quick and easy (banana)
