since when the fuck has calorie counting become a sensitive topic? People need to grow up and stop being soft. We're talking about MATH… that's literally all it is. You need to burn more calories than you consume and if you aren't tracking your calorie intake than you will over eat. Anyway congratulations on your weight loss, I'm proud of you. Anyone reading this if you're overweight, TAKE THE FIRST STEP. Yes, it will be hard, but it will be worth it! Commit to yourself, commit to discipline, you're worth it.

My hack: when im hungry or when i just get a craving, i drink water AND i try to do something at the same time, so i look at Youtube, instagram or just read a book but one of my favorite motivation quote is “the snack you’ve been craving for an hour or the body you’ve been craving for years?”
