  1. since when the fuck has calorie counting become a sensitive topic? People need to grow up and stop being soft. We're talking about MATH… that's literally all it is. You need to burn more calories than you consume and if you aren't tracking your calorie intake than you will over eat. Anyway congratulations on your weight loss, I'm proud of you. Anyone reading this if you're overweight, TAKE THE FIRST STEP. Yes, it will be hard, but it will be worth it! Commit to yourself, commit to discipline, you're worth it.
