  1. You're so sweet. Thanks for sharing! Life has been quite stressful the last several months so I recently started watching clean stand up comedy on YouTube in the evenings. Laugther is medicine! Jim Gaffigan and Sebastian Maniscalco are my favorites! =)

  2. Personally my non negationables atm are:
    – taking a daily shower, or at least washing my face twice a day and my underarms and my feet. I try to use soaps and products that smell nice, because i noticed that if i feel fresh and smell good, my mood does a complete 180.
    – try to journal every single day, because i noticed that it really does help me get in touch with my emotions and escape my obsessions. Sadly I'm a person whose very prone to overthinking and spiraling and developing obsessions, so journaling so far has been a lifesaver.

  3. Lately I’ve been feeling extremely down. Now that it’s the first day of spring, it’s gotten worse. I look outside and see happiness and energy, and get sad because I want to experience that happiness, but for some reason I have the hardest time

  4. Red light therapy is a MUST for me. I have an Light Care RX1 light and I always notice a change in my mood when I go for a session. I need to get out into natural light more though. It can get pretty cloudy where I live so it's not always a great option for me.

  5. I journal, meditate and move my body every day and I am also medicated, but I still experience days when I'm in bed all day due to my depression…I hate that people say these things will solve everything because it's not true…

  6. Such dynamic content here. I explored a similar book that was a milestone in my personal development. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze

  7. The impactful nature of this content is undeniable. A book with like messages revolutionized my approach to thinking. "Your Body Your Temple" by Sophia Wintergreen

  8. Getting off my phone has changed my life…i May never be able to get back on social media again sadly. Instead if my mind needs clearing reading a real book or listening to an audiobook is a game changer, i love listening and reading stories! Also …
Going to the gym just to walk and stretch….don’t even think about a weight or training or getting in shape…just walk (watch ur fav show on ur phone) and once that seems like something you look forward to…think about doing more.
