Lakers Pacers: Jan 19 2022: REAL STATS

Real Stats. Exposing LeBron James.

I’ve been mentioning a pattern in my other videos, a pattern showing that when LeBron pads his stats with points he also registers a negative in the plus minus column and his team loses. LeBron was a negative 20 in this loss. He led the Lakers in turnovers. Let me repeat, he led the Lakers in turnovers. His shooting percentage was garbage and he didn’t lead the league in a single category. Even with his over-glorified media hype about scoring what we’re supposed to believe is an impressive amount of points he’s still not a leader in even that category. I’ve said it before, 30 pts today doesn’t mean what it used to mean. Just to put that in perspective for you, a member of the team that beat LeBron also scored 30 points and I’m willing to bet Levert isn’t a household name for most of the nation, but he still scored 30 and his team won. The top scorer in the league that night scored 50! Twenty more points than LeBron scored, so why does LeBron’s performance deserve any media coverage at all? Because of the effort he put forth to help his team. Ha ha. That’s only true if you let yourself get brainwashed by the likes of Shannon Sharpre, Jay Will, etc. who are contractually obligated to say nice things about LeBron James. The reality of LeBron’s performance is as follows:
40 percent from 3’s 50% from the field, most of those were layups, including his pathetic, embarrassing, stat-padding layup at the end of the game when the pacers completely ignored him as the clock wound down. If I recall this has been called unsportsmanlike, even leading to heated scuffles when other players do it, but not with LeBron. He can be as tasteless as he wants and it will all get washed over by his devoted media entourage.
I’d like to know how someone heralded as the goat with all these years of experience can’t be a leader and prevent his team from blowing leads. We’re not talking about just losing, we’re talking about blowing leads. Shannon of course made an excuse for LeBron saying that LeBron was so worn out in the fourth that he couldn’t perform well due to having to carry the team the rest of the game. I’ve never known a goat to require so many excuses. And I’ll say it again as I’ve saidd it in other episodes, what is this, a charity league where you let a low performer play just because it’s the nice thing to do? If he’s not performing well take him out. His poor performance doesn’t become a great performance just because you talk about his age or any other excuses. But more importantly what Shannon said just isn’t true. If you look at his teammates in comparison to LeBron they are working harder and moving around on the court way more than James is. Look at the work Malik Monk puts in. And on offense his moves are impressive compared to LeBron’s lazy “I’m just bigger than everyone else and the refs will make sure everyone is afraid to even contest my shot” offense.
Tucker scored 20 points off the bench in only 20 minutes of play while LeBron needed 37 minutes for his 30 points. His field goal percentage was 64% compared to LeBron’s 40%. Tucker registered a plus 12. Tucker also had 7 assists in his 20 minutes. LeBron only had 5 assists. Sorry, but if you played 37 minutes and are getting credit as “creating for teammates” or “carrying the load of work” you have to have more than 5 assists. Imagine, an entire game and only assisting teammates 5 times while getting all the credit and none of the blame despite registering a negative 20 and shooting 40% from the field.
All this talk about the Lakers being too old. No, they also have young, talented players but with the added bonus of the experience of all stars, hall of famers, and former champions. I’m so sick of the narrative that the Lakers are at a disadvantage while they have this extremely stacked team. They’ve performed badly under LeBron’s leadership so now people are saying the team sucks. The team doesn’t suck. They are just performing badly. And when they finally get their shit together and do well and make the playoffs all the brainwashed fans will say, “Wow, look what leBron was able to overcome.” Lol. Poor LeBron, overcoming a stacked team that he chose. The reality is that the team has to overcome LeBron. LeBrons’ biggest asset to the Lakers right now is the tendency for the refs to help him out which comes up big down the stretch.
LeBron plays lazy defense and doesn’t create plays for his teammates on offense

  1. I agree. It also proves that AD is the true main source of Lakers success, during Lebron’s tenor as a Laker. I keep saying, that I won’t count this team out until they’re eliminated from playoff contention, because I truly don’t see a run away nba champion, or a outright new face of the nba.

  2. I’ve been telling people all day that Lebron was -20 … no media said anything about it !! They need to stop lying to people about this dude .. he’s a poor leader and can’t and will not play hard without a super team around him

  3. Dude you can still be objective…you said his shooting percentage was terrible, he shot 11 for 22 which is 50% and 40% from 3, these are elite percentages…you harped on him leading the team in turnovers with a whopping 3 turnovers….I’m not even a Lebron Stan but your hate is starting to blind you against legitimate Lebron critique

  4. Watch Lebrons assist at 52 seconds left to THT. He got the pass at the arc, took 2 dribbles and run for a layup.
    How is that an assist?
Lebrons assists are inflated with the way assist are scored today and therefore not so impressive!
