  1. Hi everyone!! A lot of you are wondering why I’m including parmesean and goat cheese into some of the dishes. While it was mostly no dairy that was encouraged, some websites they did approve a few low lactose or non-cow dairy options! This includes parmesean-low lactose and goat-non cow. Hope this helps!!

  3. Sounds like a sound diet. All diets work to some extent by making us more mindful of what we eat, The Bible actually tells us how to eat but will we listen? No. It says nothing is off the table but eat in moderation. All things in moderation. I might try that. LOL

  4. My life is no gluten, no sugar, no caffeine, no dairy, no processed foods, and I'm voluntary meat-free. The gluten-free, dairy-free, processed food, sugar-free, no caffeine is because of a lovely diagnosis so I'm pretty slim pickings over here, on the other note I'm on medication that makes me gain weight so I'm sol. 200lbs and I hate it.

  5. I’m pretty much good with everything, but I am not chewing 40-60 times. The reason this works is because your jaw is so tired that you don’t want to eat anymore!

  6. If I didn't have kids then I could possibly live without coffee but when kids don't go to bed and have school the next day, mom is tired!!! Melatonin doesn't work for my son either

  7. I've never followed any particular diet in my life. My weight is very stable, but I must say that I naturally do what is suggested in this "diet" you just tried. It makes sense to me and my body feels the best that way. I drink very diluted coffee once in a while (small cup) in the morning with some 1/2 and 1/2 (milk/cream). I don't drink alcohol, never liked it. I do consume dairy as I do like cheese. Anyway, thought I'd share. Oh! And processed food is disgusting. Overall everything makes sense to me.
