  1. Legit question – I think taking a year off to fix you is amazing, but how do you afford that? I mean, I'd love to, but I have a family I have to take care of. I have too many people that rely on my for food, a home, etc. How do you do that?

  2. Counting calories is such a none sense idea
i like this guys idea of "Nope" and done with it

If you MUST count calories it means you are facting in bad calories

The human body will NOT allow you to OVERLY eat constantly on healthy calories

We can eat 5 big macs in an hour, honestly its not hard your body doesn't trigger the "Full sensors"
But to eat 5 salads would be much harder, because the body won't let it go though without rejection

Plus the calories are much lower

When i hear people say they count calories i already know they are battling a bad diet

  3. I wish I was able to take a year off from everything and still afford to focus on myself like this tbh. The meals, the gyms, rent, etc. Noone else is able to do that honestly, but find a way to do something. Doing a small amount to start is always better than doing nothing.

  4. This is very much overdoing everything. Huge lack of rest, too much food for his weight loss journey etc. the muscle building is fine, but damn dude.

  5. I drive a semi truck locally for a living. At work by 6am. Usually get off around 4pm.
Only way I see myself doing this guys lifestyle is by winning the lottery so I don't have to worry about paying fhe bills

  6. I applaude the dedication, but I am slightly worried for when he "reaches the other side." A little more variety in the meals, change in the workouts to include an outside walk and only one weight training session, some rest days and a balance with food where "cheat meals are allowed in moderation"
