  1. So if you go to the store and purchase "cube steak" that's a round steak the has been pounded to get tender or you can hit your round steak with a mallet and burn a few extra calories 😅. Either way your getting that lean steak protein, but with less "chew"

  2. Going on a year with his workout plan and diet, ive lost 45 lbs since then. I enjoy the workout plan, aseel is right, adjust your macros to your specific body type and dietary needs. Im an endomorph , so the diet was easy to follow.

  3. I like this one in particular, because Chris Pratt started off fat and became fit, whereas with most/all diets you've covered, the person was already fit. He had a further starting point, but it's the same starting point a lot of us are at, and he showed it can be done. Good luck to everyone else on this journey.

  4. January 2024 – I weighed over 310. I don’t know the exact number, because I was scared to weigh myself. I began eating cleaner and moving more, so then I finally weighed myself on Feb 2 and it was 307. As of today, March 13 I am down to 289.

    This video in particular helps me out because Chris weighed the same as me when he started his diet. Unlike other “eating like” videos, this one is nice because Chris also started out so heavy, like myself. My goal long term goal is below 250, but short term goal is 275 by my wife’s birthday in mid May. At the rate I am going, I think this is a possibility.
