  1. Did you have extra skin. I need to loose around 250 lbs. Im 6 ft even and weigh 409 lbs at my last dr appt. I am terrified of looking like fat basterd at the end of gold member. After he lost the weight.

  2. I am sharing this experience in case it will help a over 40 woman not do the same, because honestly sometimes we get desperate to lose weight.

    So I water only fasted awhile ago for 7 days, I was excited on day one when I lost 3.5lbs. I live in Texas and have learned salt is something I need to add to my diet because I normally eat healthy and don't add salt to my food. So…
    Day 2 3.5lbs lost
    Day 3 3.5lbs lost
    Day 4. 3.5 lbs lost
    Day 5 3.5lbs lost
    Day 6 3.5 lbs lost
    Day 7 3.5lbs lost but here is the day that something happened I got a new supplement Nattokinase for blood anticoagulation but it also lowers blood pressure(I naturally have low blood pressure, even though I am overweight). Whether the fast caused it or the Nattokinase did I had a Hypercalcemia episode while driving 😳for those who don't know you get numb and tingly and then your fingers go rigamortus. So scary, thank God I called on the name of Jesus for help and He helped me. I made it to the place I intended to buy food to break my fast. Asked the teen for some natural sugar soda and as I drank I saw my purple hand start to pulse and return to normal. Thank God He spared me. I promised to never do that again.

  3. You would have been around 350+ lbs in that before photo and it was more likely 250 lbs.
    I seen women that weighed 350+.
    The photo seems misleading, regardless congrats on losing the weight and keeping it off.

  6. I always did cardio – strength training (lifting weights) was a game changer to the point of surprising. It makes sense though when you understand the science of it.

  7. I am a 50-year-old woman, and I work a lot . I'm ready for the lifestyle change. I just don't know how to carry it out. Please, someone help me. I work a lot so I don't have the time to get healthy, lts very depressing just don't no where to start. 😢
