How I Lost Over 100lbs in 15 Weeks | My Final Weight Loss Results!! | Only Sports And Health

How I Lost Over 100lbs in 15 Weeks | My Final Weight Loss Results!! Since posting the before and after photos from my 15-week Sexification 2021 that spanned from Monday, August 9th to Sunday, November 21st, many people have commented or messaged me, asking how I lost all the weight so fast. The simplest answer is just one word: consistency. In this video, I show off more before and after weight loss body transformation results, and discuss the 4 main crucial points that helped me consistently lose all the weight in just 15 focused weeks. Fitness is recommended, and nutrition is required!! I heavily prioritized my nutrition goals and all my exercise & physical activity goals as well, each and every day. I made sure to fuel not only my body, but also my mind, with healthy “strike” and “spare” energy sources that were positive and good for me, rather than negative and energy draining. I was able to thanks to help from my girlfriend and teammate @KatinaEatsKilos, plus all of you!! The entire 15-week period was centered around me losing weight, and that is why I was so successful. I hope many of you find this video to be helpful, and thanks everyone for watching and all support!! If you have any questions, please ask below in the comments!!

  1. Hey everyone thanks for watching this video!! My weight loss break went very well and I appreciated everyone's positive encouragement and support!! This piggybacks off last Friday's video all about How to Start a Weight Loss Transformation!! For anyone interested who wants to win before you begin and hasn't watched that yet, here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICSbcDqdXhs

  2. I know this video is over 2yrs old but losing 100lbs in 15 weeks is insane. the only thing I got to say is I hope your muscle mass health is good losing that much weight that quickly can have a bad effect on your heart health. either way man its inspiring to me and im sure others so hope youre healthy and great video

  3. I've just come across this video. I'm similar in stature/weight so this is going to help me a lot ready for my 3 Peaks Challenge this summer!

I'll comment again in 15 weeks with my results!

  4. That’s awesome man! I just gave myself a challenge to lose 100lbs in 30 weeks. Mainly bc I’m going on a trip to Glacier national park. I calculated that it’s 3.3lbs a week I need to lose. Doesn’t seem to out of reach to do.

  5. To workout over an hour a day is admirable! Its hard to do even if you are fit, let alone fat. It takes unreal determination and dedication. Very few people could do this. I speak from experience!

  6. This is really helpful, I am 6'7" and 330lbs, I'd like to get back to 265. I can't do anything to strenuous however because I have an enlarged heart. So I have to be really smart about what I do. I appreciate the video

  7. If you drank every time he said some corny line you would die.. just say what you ate and what excercies you did and be done lol… this feels like a PowerPoint by someone who has never done any of this. You did awesome, keep it up. Just keep the videos real and honest. This feels not like you lol..

  8. Unfortunately, this is something I cannot replicate because, for one thing, the reason I am two inches taller than Randy is that I have been diagnosed with a condition which, in reality, comes in varying degrees of severity, and perhaps a doctor would give someone more personalized advice and allowances based on how it is affecting their system specifically (and there's a bodybuilder or powerlifter who has also been diagnosed with it but seems to ignore restrictions entirely), but there's this blanket sort of universal advice concerning this disorder in general not to engage in things that involve a lot of exertion. Of course, years before I found out at a fairly late age that I even had it (late considering that most are diagnosed as children or teens), having seemingly been cleared of suspicion of having it at the age of 19 or 20, I was throwing 50 pound objects all the time at work, lifting and carrying displays that weighed between 150 and 200 pounds, etc. Admittedly I have not ever been within 55 to 60 pounds of the weight Randy was when he began, but I also have a narrower frame due to the aforementioned condition which causes me not to carry fat nearly as well.
