  2. I totally understand what she’s saying. However, for some of us like me who have joint pain, it’s hard to move not to mention weight training. I can eat less but it’s hard to move more. Any thoughts? Jillian is 48. I’m 56. Is that a factor too?

Omg i need something that work with my depression i died to just move how about working out if i workout once i screw out and ill be asleep for 4 to 5 days after I can’t wake up anymore i can deal with the pain but omg I can’t deal with my sleepy body after working out and I don’t have the energy to eat so i just cut the food for days then eat once i have it again i hated the fact that one bite means 1kg weight and starting to really lose the fate on my self I’ve been in a lot of diet + workout plans and its just always the same for 6 years now hope i could make it this year cause i am sure this is the worst year for my mental health 🥹💔

  4. I have endo and I'm very insulin resistance. Working out 6 days a week, eating organic, no sweets. No dairy and I was still not losing weight, also gaining more than ever. I am in low dosages of metformin and is making me lose weight. I feel like a million dollar because I'm preforming better in my workouts and mentally I'm happy

Dudette, I watched this one, and shared it like a million times… because the book came out like 10 or 11 years ago… and it was MY BIBLE… literally… I needed guidance for my son who has aspergers, and then again… came back to it 4 years ago when I found out I had Hashimoto's disease.. yep you did write the bitch, and it's freaking right on!

  6. I totally agree with most of what you’re saying— but you should really link up with someone with a degree in effective communication. Your communication is dripping with condescension— and you wonder why you’ve been preaching for years and not heard. Take a different approach. The way you speak to your audience matter a lot. You get pushback with good arguments when they aren’t effectively communicated.

  7. Old school common sense. It’s like there is such a disconnect to the common sense of our time. The younger generation is trying to rewrite the truth for some reason. They are always looking for a new thing. She’s right y’all !

  9. I don’t know why I feel stressed out every time I listen to her videos, it seems like she’s always in a bad mood 😒 and she seems so frustrated and stressed out😅while explaining how your body works! Lmao! I don’t think I want to watch her videos anymore, she gives me anxiety😟😅

  10. What about estrogen dominance? I can go on a calorie restriction diet and plateau very easily and hit a brick wall on my weight loss journey. My body adapts and stores the fat even when I am not eating a lot.

  13. Lets talk about cheating. Lets talk about fraud. When you use HGH, you are not losing weight and building muscle by just eating right and working out. You are using expensive hormones, that most people cannot afford. Shame on you Ms. Michels.
