Hi I am new to your channel thought I follow most of your videos coming on my screen. I am 32 year and was very much overweight till last year which I reduced 10 kg. Now doctor has asked me to reduce more 7 kg but I am not able to. I am doing cardio and taking low card high protein diet. Still not losing any since kilo. So frustrating it is. I have high BP, low iron. Pls suggest diet plan for me. Thanks alot. Also if you can post weight loss yoga video would be very helpful. Thanks
