  1. If forrest go down due to not getting the 1 point you pay the shortfall garry.

Refs should be held to account if they just get away with faulty rule breaks thats in the match fixing thoughts

  2. Can’t blame rashford when the coach is telling u drop deep as an 11, u don’t listen to the coach, you don’t play, people want him to shoot from 40/50 yards or pick up the ball from 100 yards out and run, this isn’t football this is the professional biggest stage

  3. This is the 1st season I feel man united are playing at there best and not getting anywhere, officially fell from grace, since fergy everyone's been half expecting them to eventually get back to the greats , I can't see it happening ever again , 7th place team

  4. All credit to Pep, money is not everything otherwise PSG would have won CL and Chelsea be competing City for title. When Pep leaves people will know if city players are any good

  5. It's a monumental error because it's one of the most basic rules in football and we're the Premier League. Nothing to do with the goal you just can't be a PL ref and not know the most basic of rules.

  6. Not enough talk of Liverpool’s injuries for me. The other two teams in this title race have nowhere near the same problems right now. City are favourites at Anfield

  7. Man Utd and Rashford are getting away with a awful performance. Without Onana making a couple really good saves and with the Haaland miss City would have scored 3 easily before half time, it could have and should have been another 6 goal loss, Utd got away with it. Rashford was not existent except for 1 (albeit world class) touch although the rest of them team were no better. Even the slightest amount of praise is too much when you have "lesser" teams that go to City, show more ambition, show more of a threat but end up with the same result and no one mentions them.

  8. It was a massive error based on how much time was left in the game. Liverpool scored in the 99th minute when there was 8 minutes added on. If Forest had been given the ball back, pass around abit, might have got a set piece we don't know but what we do know is that the whistle would probably have blown sooner. It's not about the 2mins to the goal its the 1min to full time which is a big difference in context.

  9. Fair play to Neville re the Forest over-reaction. It was totally overblown, and the reaction of the owner was scandalous and irresponsible. A drop-ball almost never leads to anything – the defending side are always back in place and set, and the player in possession is always closed down immediately, and so it usually ends in going back to the midfield or even the defence, assuming possession is not lost. So linking that to a goal scored nearly 2 mins later is laughable.

  10. I don't understand how we can have such a power house of midfielders and forwards for England, maybe the best of a generation, and yet when you watch us play it feels like they are barely getting by and relying on tap ins and penalties. It never looks convincing. Idk if that's just because the manager Southgate is playing too safe and it's just a style of play that isn't visually attractive or inspiring, or because we aren't nearly as good as we think we are to other countries. Are we even considered a threat the same way we see a France, Germany or Spain etc?

  11. Gary come on m8 – Lucky i'm not a fan and blinded by what you saw. 27 shots on goal against 2 or maybe 3, that wasn't competitive, you'd have seen no difference from SHU, Burnley or Luton. Arsenal look fantastic and if they beat City that will be the monkey off their back. But I've aid ALL season Liverpool are winning and keep winning, and they have been the bain of my life.

  12. MC are a great group of players but SURELY you MUST take in to account it’s all FAKE in the context of FFP !!! All their trophies, in case of found guilty and appropriate, should be rescinded!!
It’s not Pep’s fault of the players but if guilty turns this all over !!

  13. Gary's beloved United are an embarrassment. This is not about the possession stats, at the Etihad against City you're not going to see a lot of the ball. But even their work off the ball was not up to scratch: it lacked aggressiveness and coordination, not everybody was involved… you simply cannot jog around against that opponent and expect a result. The likes of Liverpool and Chelsea when they drew there earlier in the season, they were working very hard and diligently all the while.

Even in the 26% of time United had the ball, it was not nice to see. McTominay and Rashford ambling around like geriatrics when they ought to be rushing to beat their opponents to the ball on those few breaks they had. What was their pre-season preparation like, visiting nightclubs? Early in the second half they did have a rare phase where they strung together a few passes, only for the ball to go back to Dalot who duly passed it straight to a City midfielder. An apt summary of the team's abilities in possession.

But hey I guess Utd's objective for the season is now to stop the title bids of Liverpool and Arsenal when they visit Old Trafford, and then Neville and all the fanboys will claim it was a successful season.

  14. At one point in time , MU was the best club and the best team in the world , an extremely feared team , a very respected and admired team to becoming a team that nobody fears , a team that is known all over the world as extremely mediocre and people just accepting that, wow… it is a 180 change from what they were.

  15. I think the solution to this man utd mess is to fire Ten Hag NOW!!! because he has lost the dressing room, rarely uses youth, a rigid coach who uses the same sytem every time despite failure & doesn't like squad rotation, then on temporary basis bring a good vibes coach to pamper these prima donnas they might finish top 4 then in summer bring a no nonsense coach like De Zerbi & carry out a PROPER CLEAR OUT. One good thing with De Zerbi is he can do wonders with youth and average players….united won't require superstar signings he will work with talents like Openda, Jonathan Davids, Ivan Toney, Vlahovic, Brahim Diaz, Sergej Milenkovic, Ousmane Diomande, , Johan bakayoko, zubimendi, Latin America talent, replace Rashford with mitoma or Leao etc

The only players who can raise big revenue are Shaw, Rashford and Bruno SELL THEM!!! The market is flooded with their replacements

  16. Don't agree with Gary saying you shouldn't be too critical on united. You fumble a lead and played pathetic in the second half, 1-1 and they had no desire or spirit to want to play attacking football. United played like a relegation team that second half.
