    ✅️ [Day 1 | 2:32 – 2:46pm] – been awhile since i felt active and it feels so goodd, need more peactice for toe reachers! Def paused a lot of times but overall this isn't as hard as i remember it to be!

    Day 1- Completed: I DEFENITLEY felt the burn and the planks hurt here and there but overall just gave me a headache. Atleast I did it (:
    Day 2 – Completed: I struggled with the plank yesterday but I only fell 3 times i think today….TOE TOUCHES HURT SO BAD!! No headache (:
    Day 3- Missed: I lost my computer and had no way of completing it ):
    Day 4- Missed: Found my computer but got home past 12:00 and completley forgot about this
    Day 5-Missed: Was watching the new Percy Jackson series and just realized I forgot this. its 12:20 and i have school tom so..ill do it 4 times tom

    UPDATE!!!: I will be doing this for more than 2 weeks because i keep on forgetting to do it. The hardest part is having the motivation to do this every day. I also have been trying not to eat unhealthy or over eat.

    Day 6-COMPLETED: Yall i no joke did this 4 times to make up and IT WAS SO HARD!! i need moreee waterrr. Not currentley seeing results but i skpped 3 days sooooo…. hopefully this workout can be a habit that i learn to fit in my everyday scedule. Also ive been trying to eat better but I end up starving myself and then I have no energy. I need to find healthy food that will also keep me full.
