Edey is good for the modern basketball game. All the NBA GMs and Scouts should take good look at final 4. They should value a traditional center and draft him as a lottery.
They wasted so much time talking about how lucky the NC State win over Virginia they neglected to talk about how dominant the Wolfpack have been in this tournament. This is no fluke, NC State belongs here!

state has been a team that ran out of steam by the middle of the 2nd many games all season. especially burns. not sure what happened and have no idea how they were able to win 5 games in 5 days when just a month ago, they could not make it thru 1 game without running out of gas. for example, state was manhandling unc at chapel hill in the 1st half up by 10 or something like that. but in the 2nd, state looked exhausted and the heels came back and dominated the last 10 minutes. yet vs. dook yesterday, state took over the last 10 minutes while dook looked a step slow. anyway, all the talk is about stopping edey. but not sure how edey can stop burns as much as the other way around. refs will need to swallow their whistle b/w these two as they are both extremely physical, so let 'em play.
Watch the last 8 minutes of the UT game and tell me every single foul called wasn’t a hack to Edey’s arm when he had the ball. They let everything else go both ways. Before he got the ball, they let UT literally hug him with two arms. He’s not officiated different, he just has the ball in tight spots more often than anyone else in the country, and people try to take the ball away and get caught hacking.

Ah geez GP don’t put fuel on the fire that the opposing team needs to talk about the refs before the game. What NCS must do is hit 3 pointers and force Purdue into turnovers. What refs do to/about Zach is not where Purdue wins or loses.
He gets fouled 5x more than it gets called. Hope they all get called and there won’t be any ncst players left to guard him.
Learn the 3 second rule, one foot outside the line and lift the inside foot and clock resets. Shot goes up clock resets. Make a move to score and the clock pauses. Now watch the game with some knowledge and you will see that he is officiated correctly.

Edey clearly has a physical advantage over every opponent. The officials don't need to add to that by not calling fouls on him.
I love the underdog, but I don't think it will happen this year. Prediction: Purdue beats UConn in the championship.
It will be interesting to see who comes out on top between two players who make their points by offensive fouling their way to the basket.

The teams that win in the Final Four are usually the teams that are the most ready to play . So many get caught up in the big stage atmosphere and flat out lose.

The guy (with the goofy glasses) must be an NCS grad, when he start talking about WE need to get the refs to call fouls on Zack. What is this WE crap? Apparently he has no confidence in NCS if they don't get the refs to call the game in their favor. This could go both way as Burns uses his 325 lbs to push defenders out of the way to get his shot.

Love that Purdue has 11 kids from Indiana, their home state. 4 of 5 starters not from the portal. NC State has 4 and one of theirs is from Indiana. Uconn-2 and Bama-1. Indiana is a great basketball state!

Burns has literally been getting away with offensive fouls all year. he repeatedly drops his shoulder and fouls the defensive player but very rarely gets called for it simply because he's huge. that being said i hope Purdue mops the floor with NC State.
