  1. Been voting for near 30yrs and health care has always been at the top of the voting issues . 2023 and we are still thinking shoveling more money will fix it.Just maybe it might just be the way we structured it…Take a look at what we already spend and what we get in return. We rank horribly against other nations with socialized health care.

  2. Poilievre ,the hypocrite , claims to care about health care when he voted against dental care for kids under 12 while he himself has full dental care paid by us. Good news is we know he is a hypocrite.

  3. That's funny coming from a man who wants Ottawa to quit spending money. Of course he wants more, again, from Ottawa. It'll give Cons him more to cut back on if he's ever PM. Everyone knows Cons are famous for cutting back on health care, or FORCING people to go back to work (nurses) and refusing them their right to fair bargaining. Even funnier is how he says he'll FORCE cities like Toronto and Vancouver to provide more housing, even though that doesn't come under federal jurisdiction. Why doesn't he FORCE Alberta to provide that housing too. Maybe then they'll quit sending their homeless to Vancouver – via air conditioned buses.

  4. CBC slant (nothing to do with defunding…) Poilievre was pretty clear as to where the injection would come from! Why not ask Justin T. (CBC) where the money for his health plan will come from , since he seems to have tapped the country dry!

Mr. Poilevre: The WHO says that chickens that are killed because they "might" have Bird Flu, are safe to eat if cooked. Do the food banks get the chickens that are culled by the 100,000s, or are they dumped into landfills, like the 100,000's liters of milk dumped because the farmers are over quota? Millions of Canadians want to hear you address this issue. Most of us cannot afford either milk or chicken. And what about eggs ??

  6. 100's of millions given out and yet unaccounted for, but not enough for Provincial healthcare when they are desperate. But don't worry, it's all in the hands of professionals, according to C F.

  7. The overpaid CBC President has launched a full partisan campaign against Pierre.

Canadians cannot trust anything her CBC says about Pierre, because it is motivated by her partisan campaign against Conservatives.

  8. Meanwhile, the provinces do not coordinate their medical programs together. They need to bring together some of the processes. They could save billions. Did you know that many cat scans are done because it's too hard to get one for the same patient from even THE SAME PROVINCE! Pee Wee Poilievre (also known as Old yeller) doesn't want to take on the provinces on this and hundreds of other areas where they could save all the money they need. When they ask for Federal money where is the money coming from???? It's from us. It is the same source. This way the provinces get to tax us less, but force the Feds to tax us more. Then, they blame the feds for too much tax.

  9. Remember when Muldummy ran our economy so deep in debt the IMF was demanding Canada shut down our social programs. Fortunately in 1993 the people replaced all the pcs except two with liberals and NDPERS. 10 YEARS LATER HARPER defeated the liberals and inherented the only surplus and has run deficits ever since. Harper, polly pisspot and that f..kwit primer of Alberta (forgot the bums name?) Made such a mess that 7 years later Canada has not recovered. Mine you that quebec money sink hole doesn't help.

  10. Poilievre has already told where he is going to get the money.
He is taking from CBC. It has been a nice run for you but you are going to have to step aside for real journalism moving forward.
True north, rebel news and many others will take up the mantle and already have.
1.2 billion dollars will go a long way to funding health care and other programs.
It will be nice to also have an entity that isn't so slanted towards radical liberal values.

  11. let's be clear they never should of never settled with this – it is a broken system the last 8 years has been so devastasting… the government does not stand up for people. They are treated inferior

  12. He is speaking the truth and you are upset that when he is in charge you the cbc will not get federal money or taxpayers money because we do not work to pay your salary stop spreading lies

  13. How are the conservatives going to do it? They’re going to dismantle our health care piece by piece until there is nothing left. They want privatization. They always have and always will. That’s why we kicked Harper to the curb. You think you’re having troubles now , just wait until you have to fork out thousands a month for health coverage. Smh
