    Current weight: 78,6 Ibs
    My dream weight: 50-60 Ibs
    Day 1: no changes ( Ofcourse) it’s pretty easy to do it!
    Day 2: no changes (obviously) but I actually weighed myself and I was 79.6 I gained I kg
    Day 3: it isn’t really working??
    Day 4: no motivation
    Day 5: still no motivation
    Dad 6: still no
    Day 7:nah
    I have a feeling this doesn’t really work these workouts are too easy to change you’re body in 14 days and remember what you built up for years can’t go back for days

    Day 1-did it twice rlly easy alr see bit of a difference!
    Day 2-Did this workout along with 2 more one for belly and one for thighs I alr see a big improvement on my belly but nth on my thighs

  11. Doing this for a month while eating less and fasting cause Ramadan plus I’m doing another abs+smaller waist workout

    Day 1- Did it! It was super easy but I felt the burn in my belly, thighs and arms!💕 I also added another workout (for the waist)
    I will update tomorrow!
    Day 2- I did it! I also added the waist workout! I felt my abdomen hurt😽 I will update tomorrow but I will do it late about 7pm bc I’m pretty busy with homework and school ends at 5pm!😩

Its really super ,,u can see the change in your body .at first there will be pain but if you do exercise daily without lazyness and with a goal to gain weight ,ufcourse there will be changes that you dreamed of ❤️.iam sharing my own experience i had fat belly but doing it for 1 month gave me fit belly and iam very proud of it 😅❤….and you have to follow all thse methods till you get the results 😊

  20. I start the exercise but everytime forgot to do it everyday. Can anyone remind me to do this everyday or please tell me a hack for being consistent.😢❤
