We r starting to see the negative affects of paying average players astronomical amounts of money each week. Back in the day it was maybe the top two players in the squad that was payed more than anyone. Now a player has a half decent single season and wants 300k a week in their next contract!

If Ten Hag understood how to manage his players, the teammates would be holding each other accountable. While Ten Hag may be a great manager for extracting the best out of developing talent, a club like Man U require a manager that can optimize established talent to maximize production. He isn’t up to it. He’s not Wenger or Fergie or Klopp… he’s a younger Hodgeson or Pulis and not much more… and seems completely devoid of ideas at this point.
