I have bit high level of testosterone
I was into weight traning. I started getting muscular and I didn’t like it
In between I met with a minor accident and I couldn’t go to gym for 3mnth
Guess what I agained almost 15kg after that
Moral of the story
If you are not consistent with gym and Not having proper diet don’t opt for gym instead go for yoga
Now I have joined yoga
I am mentally and physically fit now
