IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

  2. Small update! I had to quit this activity for 3 days which kinda caused me to gain to pounds, heading back to 199. Within 2 days of exercising im already at 197! I'll continue doing this until May 1st, keep yall in check!

  3. Starting weight: 59.8 kg
    I'm 5'7 and I'm going to still March 2 , 2024!

    Day1: it was honestly not that bad but I did all the low impact exercises so maybe that's why
    Day 2: it was honesty the same as yesterday but i qas definitely more motivated 💪
    Day 3: I don't really see any results but that's bc I'm not even half way there! But it was pretty much the same as yesterday
    Day 4: im so sorry but i missed this day
    Day 5: it was pretty much the same as day 3 but today i worked out on an empty stomach bc it gives you better results! and they come a bit quicker too
    Day 6: I weighed myself today and I'm now 58.9 kg! This workout has also gotten just a little bit easier
    Day 7: I did this a couple hours afterschool instead of right after school and it has gotten a bit easier now!

    age: 16
    weight: 50 kls
    weight to lose: 10 kls

    Day 1: 6:44 I could only do up to that range I get very tired 😅

    I exercise from Monday to FridayI will do my best

  5. Unfortunately I have bad asthma. I do one round of one exercise and then I'm lying on the floor semi dying for about 3 minutes until I can move again and stop seeing black patches 😢

  6. reminder: low impact/longer breaks or anything of the sort is not embarrassing. it does not mean youre unathletic. it does not mean youre overweight or obese. im a very active, very athletic 16 y/o girl who does competitive dance and xc, and i still find myself needing to do low impact or take longer breaks or pause the videos. chloe is literally a physical trainer where this is her JOB. just because she does it like shes been doing it for years and years (which she has) does not mean youre any less worthy than her.

  7. Just finished 15 days with rest on day 7. The donkey kick was the most challenging (but after day 8, I managed to do 13 kicks non-stop). Overall this was a good combo of different exercises, so it's quite motivating. I lost 1.5 kilos. Starting shred 2023 today. Thanks Chloe! 🙂
