First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won’t lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

  1. I’m going to do this for 35 days. I’m a 15 girl who’s chubby in my opinion and I’ll do this work out to lose some fat, I’ll also be eating healthy foods and not sugary food

    Day 1(02/19/24): so far sweating/ tired and had to stop to catch my breath throughout workout but it’s the first day so that’s my progress and I only did the first set because I felt dizzy afterwards

    Day 2(02/20/24): I did all 3 sets took long breathes between but I made it and I’m sweating like crazy woah, I feel the burn in my muscle and body but here it goes

    Day 3 (02/21/24): My muscles were hurting the entire day but I managed to push three the exercise and I was very sweaty but another day completed

    Day 4 (02/22/24): my muscle burn and I’m still sweaty and feel my heart pounding very fast, but I kept pushing

    Day 5 (02/23/24)x: I couldn’t do the work out, I had pep band and it took most of my day so I’ll make up for it

Hi friends!I am 13 years old and from the past 2 years I am facing alots of nonsense gossips about me ….when I go to my relitives they troll me alot and I have did alots of exercises but yeah just for 4 to 5 days and I feel like I am not doing anything so just stop it….I found alot workouts but non of them helps me…until I found this I think so it can help me and yeah I will not stop until the 14th day will came….this is my 2nd day BTW….I will also update u guys

  3. Chloe i know this was 4 years ago but i swear you are a gift sent from god himself. Listen, im 11 (i dont want to hear it people) turning 12 this year and I've always been on the "big" or "chubby" side. Your workouts? The only thing that have worked. I've tried everything i can and only your workouts work. I just want to say thank you for existing because i went from 159 lb to 120 lb. Hugs & Kisses -Destinee❤❤

    Me: "but that was so fast"
    Chloe plz plz plz i beg please say 15 sec break and make 30 sec plzzzzz

  5. trying to do this for at least 1 week 😭🙏
    day 1: finished the workout. i’m dying right now. i’m not super athletic so this was somewhat hard to complete but i did it all super proud!

  6. Doing this workout for 21 days/3 weeks!
    Day 1 : ✅ It was a little tiring so for some parts I did low impact.
    Day 2 : ✅ It was still hard and I only did it until 72% because I was busy 😭
    Day 3 : ✅ My feet kept hurting because I dont have a mat 😭

    (like to remind me to do this everyday)

  7. Yup so basicly .. I slipped of my mat .. AND FELL DOWN STAIRS LIKE I WAS DOING IT IN MY HALL WAY THING AND LIKE 50CM AWAY WAS THE STAIR CASE AND I SLIPPED DOING THE FIRST EXIRSISE AND FELL FACE FLAT ON MY FLOOR 💀😭

  9. I started doing this workout today. I was able to do only till set 1. Will try again tomorrow. I am trying to lose nearly 30 kg weight. Since I currently weigh 90 kgs at 15 years and am obese. I want to see if this will help
