  1. Typically having breakfast means I will eat more throughout the day bc breakfast stimulates my appetite. I'm not even hungry in the morning anyway I've just been eating breakfast because I'm told I should. I love bananas, but sorry thats a lie that bananas can't make you fat. Some people can eat a banana and not feel full just the same as the cookie. It's not automatically more filling because its healthy.
Also diet soda gets trashed for no reason. It's been a huge help in my weight. I have gone from drinking sodaand juice regularly to drinking diet soda regularly to drinking sparkling water sometimes. I drink water like 80% of the time and have no interest in soda anymore and diet soda helped with that. The problem with diet soda is the mindset people usually have drinking it. I used it to work towards my goal of drinking only water. Had I just tried to cut out soda completely or dRiNk iT iN mOdErAtIoN I would be at least 20-30 over my already 20 lbs I'm trying to lose.

  2. Been struggling to lose weight and I think I found the best way to do it without exercise.
I was almost 300 pounds then 3 week extreme diet I got my weight down to 235 pounds but then the next 6 years
it was yo yo uo to 250 then down to 230 pounds up and down up and down.
    I got tired of it.

Been taking liquid magnesium and apple cider vinegar gummies and NAD and NMN vitamins and finally
I am below 230 and I feel so much better and sleep better.

  3. if you trying to weight loss than use Nouris max mene bhi use kiya tha bhot acha result aya tha aur mene planet ayurveda ma doctor se consult bhi kiya tha isse proper treatment continue rehta ha

  4. . I was eating complex nutritious carbs along with good proteins and fat, swimming every day, and not losing weight. I only lost weight when I l took out bread, rice, pasta, and sweet stuff from my diet. And eating late at night gives million of folks heartburn. Cutting off carbs also changes the appetite. You no longer feel hungry and can eat very light for dinner. heavy late dinner disrupts the sleep, because your body is working hard on digestion. Since I follow a low carbs diet, i no longer have heartburn. And lady, a banana spikes the blood sugar as high as a cookie! For prediabetic or diebetic, a yellow banana is a no no.

  5. Back in the 1980's we were told by diet professionals to eat mostly carbs in our diet and eat the least fat possible. They encouraged us to drink fruit juices, to not eat egg yolks, to eat cereals, to switch to margarine, to drink fat free milk. Now we all know, including them, that those were wrong advices. Basically, in this video, they are debunking here what other schooled professionals told us just a few years ago. And here again, they are saying things which will be refuted by the next school of dietitians. These doctors do not know anything about modern agriculture. A yellow banana today is as sweet as a cookie. Bread made in a bakery today is made with a flour and yeast which rises in one hour instead of an entire night. These doctors are not addressing the danger in eating GMO products or transformed food, full of pesticides, hormones, and other chemicals to enhance flavors, colors. Doctors have always gone along our big corporations.

  6. The dude at 3:00 is wrong. Anybody who thinks its all about calories is just dumb and doesn’t understand the science. It’s all about eating whole foods and repairing the metabolism.

  7. No matter what you choose, diet, exercise or meds. Weight loss is not easy. I recently shared my story on my channel, on how I lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks, which could be really helpful to anyone struggling with weight loss.

  8. I just want to say they're wrong when they say carbs are not your enemy. Sugar and carbs, which turn to sugar in your body are definitely the enemy. You want to be eating more healthy fats and protein's preferably in meat and dairy products, basically more so a keto or mostly carnivore diet.

  9. im literally only 20 seconds in and she walready said what i do… growing up i was poor and honeslty only had a meal a day and even recently i only eat about 1-2 meals and so when i do eat i overeat a lot and this really helped me understand that cause i never really knew why or the pattern it was.

  10. I've seen other dietitians who don't subscribe to logging their food because of disordered eating. also, some methods of cooking begin with a cold pan but if you know what you're doing you wouldn't put excess oil anyway

  11. I have improved my hair by following these: Having more and more Vitamin C from orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 8 hours of adequate sleep everyday, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 20 – 30 mins everyday. Using organic shampoo, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

  12. I've been steadily losing weight for the past 5 or so years, I'm not in any rush to get to a goal, I dont really even have a goal. I'm just trying to be proud of any progress I make and not feel bad when I have a bad day, week or even month, just get back up and keep going!
