  1. Me shirf 2 meal leta hu
    1.Breakfast: 4,5 roti with lots of butter with tea(between 10 to 11am)
    2. Lunch: 4,5 roti and sabji, butter milk/dahi,
    At night: hot milk with dry fruits

    Any suggestions what I have to do changes.

  3. Brother I have a doubt here, so obviously whey protein is somewhere a dairy product and so it needs to be protected , so all the brands add too much preservatives in that. So my question is won't it be harmful to consume whey protein on our daily basis in diet? Thank you
