  1. There are 3 people in our family. My husband, my 11 month old baby & myself. I cook seperate food for my baby…and my husband is a hardcore South Indian food lover…like he want dosa, vada, bonda, puri for breakfasts, rice and other vegetable curries for lunch & dinner and non veg frequently and he never eats rotis. But he eats parottas, naans.
    Now, how can I manage to prepare 3 different meals for 3 different people along with household chores & competitive exam preparation which need a physically fit candidate!?!?! 🤯😔

  2. Hi, I have been following your chanel since 3 months. My age is 62 and was Obese (114kg). Even though I use to go to Gym every day , i was over weight , as I didn't have any control on eating. I was having a serious Sweet Tooth.
    With most of the guidelines in your videos, i have reduced my weight by 16Kg. In 3 Months.
    I have increased Cardio to 1- 2 Hrs and and reduced weighttraining to twice a week.
    Now since last fortnight my weight is not reducing and needle is stuck on 98 kg.
    My diet is as under:-
    Before workout :- 1 Banana, 10 Almonds, and Black coffee without sugar.
    After workout:- Poha, upma, dili, or Dosa and Cup of Milk without sugar
    Lunch:- i Roti, veg 1 bowl, dal 2 bowls. Millets in lieu of rice 1 small bowl.
    2 pm Sabja seeds or chia seeds 1 spoon
    4 pm 2 boiled eggs , peanut butter and 2 bread slices.
    Dinner:- Millet khichadi or same as lunch

    My target weight is 80 kg. What will you suggest ?

  3. Is it important to cut off calories completely. My trainer said me to cut calories from diet. I eat two chappati in lunch and 1 in night is it ok and evening I take usually soychunks and chana chat that is it.

  5. Hi gunjan mai aapke har videos dekhti hu aap jo recipe banate ho usmei aapne kaha h ki Upma ya poha 30 gms Aur veg 60-70 gm to ye 150 gm kaise hota h . Aur in veg mei (70gmm)onion add h ya vo alag se h.
