    Since they are 10 min videos, I’ll be doing them 2x AM & early PM.
    I’m watching what I eat too. Being pre-diabetic, Dr said I need to lose weight to be able to reverse it now.

  4. Am a diabetes it hard am trying to lost weight I watch the exercise show and I do what she do in the video I go to the gym but some morning hard for me to get up I work night I need to lose 35 pound I weigh 202 the doctor say I have to lost some weight I trying but it not easy
