  1. Another biblical principle is fasting. Try intermittent fasting for 15 hours a day 16 if you can. I fast till dinner-time everyday and drink alot of water in between. You can add real lemon to the water and add some stevia if you wanted to taste like lemonade.

  2. True true words. I dropped 18kg in 5 weeks eating all day long…..only the foods God created. No man made interferance in what God created perfectly. Do not starve yourself. Put hardwood on the fire to burn fat. Blessings in abundance. From South Africa

  3. Living water has two meanings. God will quench our souls thirst. We over eat and gain weight because we hold on to hurts but God wants us to caste all our troubles and anxieties on to him. living water also means fruits and vegetables most of these have 70-90% water and it’s considered living water. So beautiful.

  4. In the bible eating too much gluttony is the same as giving into desire temptation. It's the same as not being able to control an urge like an alcoholic, drug addict or nympho. It equals impulsive, idolatry, disobedience, laziness, wastefulness and valuing worldly things food over God. It's probably the most overlooked ignored sin but there's lots of Bible verses on it…Your body is NOT your own, but God's.

  5. Amen, I'm glad you mentioned Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition, which is scientifically shown to prevent and reverse virtually all disease, weight loss, better energy and so much more! God bless!

  6. My son is autistic, and he has great difficulty with eating at he moment, he wants to eat often and not so healthy food, I am going to pray and ask gods direction for him, Thank you for the ideas.❤️
