  1. So much appreciate you! Your amazing! I'm 60 something and I'm seeing and feeling better. Seeing as far as my chothes are feeling least like a strangle hold! My flexibility has improved so much. I've been doing this video for a month. Should I move on to another video of yours?

  2. I’m so glad I found you. I’ve enjoyed this and a couple of your others. I’m not very flexible I’m getting ready to have another hip replaced so I have to take it very gentle on it. But I think the most thing is I love your voice

  3. Looked at several "chair" yoga channels, yours I'm most impressed with. I'm real active despite having back/neck& right wrist fusions, bad hip – your clasping hands overhead I have to adapt to among, other things. But after 71 years of rough physical life – construction, hard western ranch life, horseback riding, mountain climbing – I've really stoved up, gotten stiff this winter worse I've ever been. After just one episode I noticed a difference, some of these hurt a bit, but not in a bad way. I'll stick with it cause I don't want to end up like these people you see at Walmart in elec chairs/barely able to function. I got a garden to put into and lots more to do so "giddyup!" Thanks!

  6. I'm 64 and have always been active and a fitness junkie. The last few years have put me in a different state of mind and I have been lacking the motivation to exercise. I just tried your chair yoga, and it is easy, doable, and I felt the tightness in my muscles. I will do it for a week and see if I can get back on track.
