If we grow height after 16 year for gor girls
This workout helped me during my weight loss journey.
Of course exercise is the 20% in any weight loss journey, because diet is the most important, but I found that this workout is not so harsh and it actually satisfies you. At the start of February I were (at 14) 146 cm and 63 kg. With a diet and by doing this exercise at the end of March I am 151 cm and 55 kg.
