  10. This workout helped me during my weight loss journey.

    Of course exercise is the 20% in any weight loss journey, because diet is the most important, but I found that this workout is not so harsh and it actually satisfies you. At the start of February I were (at 14) 146 cm and 63 kg. With a diet and by doing this exercise at the end of March I am 151 cm and 55 kg.

    цель: 165 хотя бы
    1 день✅ — стартуем! окей,я чуть не померла особенно в конце,пропотела как незнамо кто и трясусь,хотя это возможно и из-за других тренировок
    2 день✅ — все ещё тяжело но терпимо,результаты увижу завтра
    залайкайье чтобы не забыла
