  1. Hello Dr,my calories count is 1523 BMI 25.1 I have installed my fitness pal app just now Iet me know how and what needs to be followed as next process

  2. I started intermittent fasting during pandemic for 1 year 12:12 which helped to maintain my weight. 2021 i increased to 14:10. From October 2022 i Started with 16:8 still my weight is only maintained. My maintenance calorie is 1965 sir. I admit that I don't do any other activities other than my job as a professor and little home chores….any suggestions please

  3. Sir I lost 17 kgs from 75 to 58…..but now I attained plateau stage …I'm gaining now

    So sad…
    But following the same diet
    Jogging
    Some aerobics
    Walking
    Then house hold works in hands not using machines

    But I'm worried 😯 please help me

    Atleast I can hold my weight
    I cut rhe carbs
    Only protein
    Fibre
    Little fat ..as….butter
    Ghee
    Almond
    Nuts
    I'm taking

  4. Thanks Dr.Pal for the informative video … My Calorie count per day is 1973 and my waist circumference is 101cms.. my age is 35 / male .. I am trying 12 hours fasting (8 am to 8pm )for 1 week but one problem is due to office work I am sleeping at 1am or 2 am and woke up at 7am .. will there be any negative effects??

    I need to reduce the belly fat it’s 89in and weight 120 my calorie calculation are 1347, please advise
