  1. This diet is indicative. It talks about basic principles of including complex carbohydrates in form of grains, fruits and vegetables, plant based proteins, foods rich in anti oxidants and use of fats ingrained in food. You can have your own permutations and combinations base on your culture and preferences. We have used this diet in many of our patients and found amazing results .
