  1. What I’ve found to be an amazing hack for increasing water intake is finding a water bottle you actually like! Not just the look but the feel too. I bought a water bottle with a straw and for some reason it made it more “fun” and appealing for me to drink my water! It helped me increase my water almost tripple 🥰

Hi, I love all these tips, some I already knew, some I’m happy to try especially the stacking thing and the de-cluttering, do you have any suggestions on what I should be stacking like my how onto? Or playing the guitar, or learning Korean. I’m the type of person who procrastinates soooo much more than I should but at the same time have anxiety abt school. I’m trying to not study as much as I used to and do stuff that I enjoy, but it’s starting to feel like I’m just watching social media too much (I’m not doing he nor am I doing the things I would actually enjoy spending my time on) and I know this might be an excuse but, I’m part of a fandom in which a gazillion things happen every day and I need to stay informed, I just can’t bring myself to taking a break from social media, seeing this content is what makes me happy, I just always end up watching other things that make it feel like I’m wasting my time.

  5. lena! thank you for this-this is soo helpful, but i have one question.. this is a question for NOT using my phone before bed, what if i use a sleeping sound when i sleep and i need to look at my phone to get to the sound thing on my app?

  6. I feel like this might not resonate with anyone, but this video really drove me to wake the heck up. Writing down that few points itself made me realise that I have no set goals for myself and, honestly that was a wake up call.

I'm 19 now and will be turning 20 in 5 or so months and i was supposed to be in my 2nd year of college this year, but i wasted all 2 years after my highschool in being depressed, doing something my parents wanted me to and not liking it and basically locking myself away from the world and being isolated. I'm trying to get myself back up this year and i will be attending college. I'm trying to tell myself It's OK if I'm 20 in first year of college instead of 18. Thanks for the encouragement.
