  1. I’m at two weeks and can see it in my face and my clothes fit better. I have to keep reminding myself that I’m doing it for strength and not for weight loss otherwise I psych myself out. ❤

  2. Wow!!! I am so happy for you, I'm not a young women anymore, but your advice works for all ages ,and I'm on a journey not a sprint i truly know for me and anyone trying to lose weight and get healthy it truly is giving it time and making changes that's a life style .
You look great and the most part is that you are healthier and happy 😊 ❤
    Thanks again

  3. Great work! One thing I'd say about other people noticing. I'm a guy and I'll say something if I notice another guy at my work making progress. I will NEVER comment on a woman changing her appearance. I'm not sure if other guys feel the same way, but there is just too much risk if I were to try and say something with good intentions but it gets taken the wrong way. There is a chance your husband has 2x the opportunity to hear positive comments vs you, even if you did just as well at making progress.

  4. It took three years. Thank you. That piece of information was very important to me. For whatever reason or reasons, people will have a hard time with being consistent over three years. Good for you.

  5. Today I was at a training for work where they handed out t shirts for attending. Ashe asked "what size do you want" "large, extra large, whatever" and she gave me a funny look. I thought she thought it wouldn't fit and I needed a larger size.

I came back and said, I think I need a different size. She said, "I know I thought you'd need a medium"

I still see myself as a 2xl. I forget all the time people see me differently.

  6. For me looking at the scale is hard because I’m doing intuitive eating, increased my water intake and doing both cardio and weights. My weight is fluctuating a bit but generally stays the same. I do notice that my clothes get looser and more muscles get a bit bigger. I also feel like I am just now kinda seeing a difference but others haven’t even though I started 5 weeks ago. This video and the comment section really gives me the motivation to keep going so thank you🫶🏽

  7. Do you wish you had started weight/resistance training from the start of your weight loss journey, or are you happy that you began after losing so much weight? Congratulations by the way, your progress is amazing!

  8. Thanks for making this inspiring video. I needed to hear this. I was losing weight for 4 weeks. I gained a pound then gave up for a week. I’m back to it and just joined WW last night. I’m documenting the journey on my channel too. I want to inspire others like you do.
