  1. Hi I am new to your channel thought I follow most of your videos coming on my screen. I am 32 year and was very much overweight till last year which I reduced 10 kg. Now doctor has asked me to reduce more 7 kg but I am not able to. I am doing cardio and taking low card high protein diet. Still not losing any since kilo. So frustrating it is. I have high BP, low iron. Pls suggest diet plan for me. Thanks alot. Also if you can post weight loss yoga video would be very helpful. Thanks

    Eat when you are really hungry (not in mood) and stop when you are full.
    Drink enough water and sugar free tea. Do sports, walk, dance, yoga… always move around and eat healthy food. Enough carbs enough protein enough fat and care your vitamins and minerals
