Natural Appetite Suppressants for Weight Loss (Which work & Which don’t) | Only Sports And Health

Natural appetite suppressants can be used for helping you with weight loss by helping to control how much you eat at any given time. These natural appetite suppressants are NATURAL in the sense that they come from foods and/or supplements so they are available over the counter.

Managing your appetite is one way to help you with weight loss but you need to be careful with it.

Constant appetite suppression may cause thyroid damage and metabolic damage so you want to make sure you use these supplements and natural appetite suppressants correctly.

By reducing your appetite, these supplements can help you STAY on your current diet and help you eat healthy every day. They can also be combined with fasting protocols to enhance weight loss and make the fasting process easier.

My list of preferred appetite suppressants includes:

#1. Moringa Oleifera
#2. L-glutamine
#3. CLA
#4. Caffeine
#5. 5-HTP
#6. Sparkling mineral water
#7. Glucomannan

  1. Why, when talking about natural appetite suppressants, does the list include items which have been produced in a lab? It's not natural. Eat as clean as possible, do not eat processed foods and steer clear of the ridiculous three meals a day idea promulgated first by food producers

  2. NICOTINE is one of the most powerful appetite suppressants. That's why nearly 99% of people gain weight when they stop smoking. I heard COCAINE controls your appetite😂😂😂 Just kidding great video. 👍👍

  3. This is refreshing. Information that good with ulterior motive/s.
Prior your video, aware of some – I use EGCG and Ashwaghanda extract.
Thanks so much, keep spreading good knowledge. Be blessed.

  4. My meds make me hungry all the time, used to be so thin people thought I had an ED but now I am always hungry lol. Also I do a lot of exercise which makes me more hungry.

  5. Thanks Dr Childe, but some of these are more theory than reality. I have tried all of them, n no result or Deven damages. Of course each person is different, but at least for me, coffee n carbonated water have reverse effect, increasing my appetite. All others, had no effect for me.
2- please let us clearly see what you wrote n pronounce their names more clearly, for you they are known, for your audience, who come from different languages, are not familiar names.
3- these don't have the same effect on ppl with acidic stomach, vs others. Thanks.

  6. I bought Moringa 6,000mg, glucomannan 2400mg, cla 4,500mg, 5-htp 200mg, L-Glutamine 500mg, and coffee.

The recommended doses from people online was not good information though. I took what they said and it made me sick. So I recommend getting lower dose pills and then take whatever mg that doesn't make you sick. It's going to work. I don't think it's like if you don't take enough, NOTHING happens. It's like coffee. The more you drink the more it's going to affect you.

I'm not sure which of these pills are working better than others. I just bought them all recently and so far, it really does work.

If they say to take 500mgs. I recommend getting 100mg or 250mg capsules. It's easy to take an extra pill if it's not enough, vs halfing pills or wasting them.

The CLA 4,500 seems to make me a bit sick. I wish I got 1000mg capsules. The 200mg 5-HTP is fine. I might update this when I get settled.
